okay so this past week I've not been using the app to start. I've not been counting calories. I've switched my usual sugary filled energy drinks for sugar free and have a sugary one as a treat every now and then. I've substituted my usual snacks for fruit, and I've made all around healthier choices. this past week I've lost 4 lbs. I still don't want to count calories as I become truly obsessive, but I just needed to say that I'm proud of myself. last year I surpassed my goal and went down to 126lbs. now I'm 145.5 working my way back down. feel so disappointed i gained this weight back, however I am not giving up! since starting a new job caring for people I now realise I need to care for myself first in order to do the job properly! here's to getting fit & healthy!
