That will never fit in the spiralizer Suma 😂 it’s almost a marrow. Still tasty tho - things growing fast in this weather

I think it depends on the size of the shoe 🤣🤣

sumaiyamc, I recon its more seed than flesh inside now, I might have to scoop it like a marrow and see what's left to eat. Although investing in a spirilizer (?) for veg pasta is a fab idea!

I'm a size 3 uk or 4 at a push. I forget I have freakishly small feet. I love courgetti on days when I'm short of calories x

That's super tiny. I'm more an average size 5 (for all your vegetable size comparison needs 😅).

what about courgette pizza? thin slices and top it like you'd do a normal pizza... great filled too with meat or veg or both!

OK you lot funny yes but it doesn't help with the question!!! 🤣😅😂 Have, try a stuffed marrow recipe. Fry onions add minced beef with chilli powder and chilli concarni sauce with the kidney beans add the corgets and cook through also tomatoes tinned and some mushrooms or use quaron instead of meat. Layer into corget skins and put cheese on the top then grill until golden brown ot bake for about 20 minutes. Good luck. Merry Mel ps if you don't like chilli try a gravey. Add carrots and potato or mash creamy potato and put on top with cheese. Have fun and enjoy 😉.

Minced chicken or turkey, chopped onion, fry then add cooked lentils, greek yoghurt, chopped apricots & almonds with cinnamon & nutmeg. mix well & stuff courgette/marrow. Bake in medium oven for 25-30 minutes. Add grated cheese on to for final 5 minutes - serve with salad or veg.
