Am feeling the highs of induction yesterday and today, that high when you realised that you aren't particulary hungry and you aren't craving anything - I also have ascent weakness , which is a surefire way of knowing I am losing! Got a delivery coming tonight so I am going to make a nice soup for the weekend. My other one got me through my first 3 days. On a low note I have been diagnosed with psoriasis, a skin disorder and the itching is driving me blinking bananas. I am covered in spots and dry scales, sooooo attractive. Still - I am feeling positive - sunlight helps it and I go to Spain at easter , and I looked in the mirror and said to myself 'still - at least you'll be slim and spotty - fat and spotty is a whole lot worse'!
