Back on track after such a hellish few weeks...I walked 50 min on Tuesday...Curled for 2 hours last night...and walked 60 minutes today...

I really wish I knew how to judge calories burned for curling...It won't let me enter it without a "calories burned" entry...and, honestly, it all depends on the match...Sometimes I have to sweep like mad and I'm dead by the end...Other times I barely have to sweep and I don't burn that many calories...Whatever...

Also, I think my treadmill speed is screwed up...No joke...I walk fast in life...I always have...Ppl at school, and now at work, always used to bitch and tell me to slow down...On my old treadmill, I'd walk about 4 mph...but when I put this new treadmill on 3 mph, I can barely keep up...I wish I had a bike with a speedometer to put on the treadmill to see what speed that registered or something...
118.8 kg Lost so far: 16.4 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
