I don't follow any particular diet. I believe when I lose it is because I have become determined to do so. I have always been told I don't eat enough to feed a bird. I don't like working out with weights and other strenuous exercise. I strive to walk a couple miles a day. I have always tried to bake healthy. when I make cakes it is applesauce, zucchini and such. but I do love a pudding cream cheese dessert. I have studied being a auroma therapist and a health consultant. I have plans to study being a yoga instructor.
