Someone notice my weight loss and gave me a compliment. It made me feel, very proud of myself. I am so happy with my accomplishment thus far; I am not giving up for anything. Reading the book Made to Crave by Lysa Terkeurst, has given me even more insight my weight loss struggle. It is a Christian book with awesome guidance and advice.
