Since the appendectomy (a week ago now), I have been eating smaller portions. It hurts now if I eat what I considered a "Normal" sized portion, so I just eat less. I thought at first that this would mean that I'd end up needing/wanting to eat more frequent meals, but no. Still just 3 meals a day, and some days one or two snacks, usually about 100 calories, give or take, and mostly fat (cream cheese, macadamia nuts, keto-coffee, etc.).
86.2 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
