@GlowUp_Kay It was a lot of rice! 😅 700g. I'm practicing intermittent fasting, so that's all I ate that day.

@Adebimpe I boiled the chicken with tomato-pepper blend, spices, seasoning. I left it to stew, until dry. You know chicken has a lot of oil, so the chicken oil more or less "fried" the tomato puree as it dried.
