Take it 1kg at a time. I set mini goals for myself like quite a few other people on this app and that seems to work better. Before you know it you have lost your lump sum/ weight

It can seem overwhelming, I agree with @meintjes7 I set mini goals. Then once those are reached you set the next goal.

Totally agree. And then even worse and off the putting is struggling to lose the first few kilos... When most people struggle to lose the last few. Aaaah.
I changed my goal on here to 10 kilos rather than that huge 20 kilos. Months ago I put a reminder on my phone for 1dt August asking if I had loss the first 10 kilos... Felt disappointed that I failed myself.
So all I want to say is I can relate and you are not alone.

I break my weight to loose up into smaller more attanable goals 5kg at a time, it does not seem as daunting

7!weeks ago I had 26 to lose… I’ve lost 10 … and now it’s going really slowly. The only way is small chunks… every week a goal … before you know it … 2 becomes 4 … I celebrate every 2 kgs

I think of 1 day at a time. Today is the day you need to try and eat healthy and be mindful of what you put into your body.

When did your journey begun? Mine started in May, and since then I dropped 6 kgs. With only 10 km's of walking once a week and a very sedentary lifestyle, which I want to change. But I stick hard to keep the calories below 1500 a day, and I avoid all processed foods.

hello all. try IF and get the app called Fastic, it's so easy and cute. helps you stick to a fast. I do 15:9, and it's not so tough to stick too, you do defs feel better. weight comes off slowly.

For my it started as 60 to lose. I'm 20 down and realize if i take it 10 at a time that soon ill be there and happy. We got this.

23kg is most definitely possible... I'm now standing at 23.6kg and have decided to adjust my goal weight from 65 to 60kg... So I have 6.4kg to go... Set 5kg mini goals for yourself.
