Yesterday ate half wrap, butter and avo for lunch.
Early supper ( alot) veg pizza toppings.Handful nuts .I suspect tooo much protein.

Weight is moving up. sadness .
Today must fast till tomorrow.lets try .
Then go back to OMAD

Fasted for 21 hours .
Had half wrap, big salad , dhall and bhajee.
Handful of nuts and 4 pieces chocolate.
Going OMAD and 1/4 wrap
61.1 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 6.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.7 kg a Week

I struggled to lose after reaching 60. I practice OMAD one week in a month. Increased resistance training from 2 days a week to 3 days a week. Increased my protein intake as well. Watching those carbs. Started seeing a difference on the scale and physical appearance
