Iam sticking with this plan but it is getting me down I am up again and then down and now back up. I know that it is a tiny gain but I am not cheating at all! I swam, walked and rode my bike and now I feel ill! New job ,new diet i am sure things will change!
59.5 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 6.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.4 kg a Week

Since you are sticking with the food plan and exercising, your gain is likely just water - or extra muscle. I know it's depressing to see a gain, but KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK! YOU ARE WORTH IT!

You are fine..don't get depressed, you can do this. Maybe add more water to your diet or more fruit and veggies...I don't know, like DSH said if you are adding muscle it won't feel like you are loosing, but you are, you are just toning up and maybe that is what you need to do. Don't give up, you are going great!

yes, it does sound like we're in the same boat..i am hoping that after some weeks the weight will finally drop off and show....we will look fantastic for the spring and summer!
