So I haven't weighed in below 160 in AT LEAST 5 years....as I etch closer to that mark I am very proud of myself. You see, I am one of the most UNdisciplined people you will ever meet, but I'm doing this...I'm getting healthy!
I hopped on the treadmill last night and I got aggravated b/c I couldn't remember why I stopped getting on that thing...it makes you feel SO GOOD! I loved it - but I will admit, it does seem a bit easier now that we have a tv in the garage too - a little Harry's Law sure did help!
I almost forgot....I started this journey in October.....since then I have lost 30.6 lbs....1/2 of what I wanted to lose! I didn't start out on Atkins - but now I'm doing HEALTHY weight loss.
SO MY MINI GOAL....to be 150 by APRIL 1!
