Hey guys. Does anyone have information on how low T can affect the diet. I had an initial loss the other day, but it seems I have rebounded back almost to my 1 log in weight. I am taking a magnesium, zinc, and vitamin d supplements to try and help jump start. I have only been taking those for a week now. I am pretty certain I am within the carb range and am not getting extra carbs from unknown things. I did well on this diet about 5 or 6 years ago and now it seems I cannot het it moving.

Looks like you are on track for Atkins high fat, high protein and low carb" I might suggest watching your sodium though...they say you want to be under 2000mg per day - salt is bloating and makes us hold water and weight. Low T is often about low energy...and that could impact your loss, too.

Thanks, i agree with the energy. Mine doesn't seem to be down. I like to get out and do things and actually enjoy working out lol.. I will give the sodium a try. I do like my salt and will cut back.
