Started working out again last night. Was trying to take some time off to see if that would help jump start the losing again. Figured no matter what it was better to be getting the exercise. It's amazing how quick the body can forget it use to do these exercises just a few days ago. Did p90x sculpt 3-4 routine.

Tonight I jumped back i to hip hop abs. Did 40 minutes of total body burn. Boy i was a sweaty mess when i was done. Feels good though.

After my workout I jumped on the scale. I usually weigh in the morning. I was .6 pounds over but we usually weigh more in the evenings. Tomorrow morning should look GOOD! Have my fingers crossed.
