I only lost 1.2lb this past week. Booo!! I'm soooo impatient! If I lose 3lbs in one week I excpect to lose the same amount in the next. But I guess I really shouldnt complain. A pound is a pound...better off then on.
Over the weekend my dude said he wanted to do a 7 day liquid diet. At first I was giving him all kinds of HELL NO's (HELL to the NO, HELLZ NAW...YEAH RIGHT)!! Me without meat is like Chaka Kahn with pressed hair (It just doesn't work). But This morning I'm starting to reconsider. He joined the gym to support me and what I want to do, even though he's in good shape and far from overweight. It will be an EXTREME challenge...and I might (more like MUST) be a complete beeyotch for an entire week...I'll keep you updated on if we decide to do it or not.
