Oh dear not good. Please try hard not to smoke. As for your diet like me you will get back on track. I only needed to lose 1lb now its 7lbs so I need to WAKE UP. I am not buying more bigger clothes. Take care Merry Mel.

Tania...I listened to a 'getting over overeating' meditation recently by a psychologist that said if you eat crunchy foods, you have anger, if u eat sweet foods, u need sweetness in ur life, spicy foods means ur in a rut and need to feel 'alive' and comfort foods because u need comfort in ur life. I personally find this to be true! You DONT smoke, u don't even like it, throw them away,,,and because ur craving comfort I'm sending u big bear hugs and love 🤗❤️🤗❤️

Defo Tania,,this is why I use my journal like an actual diary, to look back and see what I was doing and how I was feeling and see the connection to my food diary. I already know that if my mental health is bad then everything else starts to slide. I keep a strict routine now,,or try to😂,,up at the same time every morning so that I can get to bed early every night, meditate to get my head in the zone, walk as many steps as I can to keep me fit and help me lose weight but also because having a good stomp clears my head,,if I feel good then I don't want to eat a lot of rubbish&if in bed early then Im not up all night snacking. I swear by the Insight Timer app, it has relaxing music, self hypnosis, podcasts, meditations, sleep sounds...everything....try it, it's free on Google Play ❤️
