Clearly it was the dumbells exercises that caused the increase. Stopped it completely went back to the usual cardio exercises now ive dropped 500g in 7 days. Im happy to see this😭 (happy tears)
101.6 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 26.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.6 kg a Week

Weight training can increase weight but that should be muscle mass not fat, and if you have muscle mass I think it helps burn more calorie I.e increases your metabolism.
