This is goals for me... I consume way too much meat and regular carbs... I realized as 21st century hymns were use to over consuming food, Nd not coining enough fibre fruits and vegetables... KEEP IT UP MY MAN GOOD JOB YOU HVE HVE. A 6 soon lol
