Slipped up a little for the past several months starting around November. I put on a little weight. My goal weight has changed to less than 165, it seemed 160 was too skinny for me. anyways, back to watching my carbs and keeping tabs on my weight. Should have stayed with journal even though i had reached my goal last year.
