Wohoooo...did a weigh in this morning...it is funny how you can loose 2lbs just sleeping...Had 2 sausage and egg mcmuffins for breakfast, pepperoni pizza for lunch, and atkins bar for snack, steak, salad and ranch for dinner.....ps..lol....didn't eat the mcmuffins...fed to the birds at work and din't eat the crust of the pizza. Folks look at me like I am crazy. When I do it. I scrape the top off of the pizza and just eat the topping. Who cares what the think...this is about me....
