Ive noticed my portions are much smaller. I am very concious about what i put in my mouth and pay close attention to the pie chart on carbs/fat/protein. I see a fast food restaurant now, and see calorie numbers!
80.5 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 8.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
