how to lose belly fat fast?

@Anusunar, Hi, 1) You cannot specifically target a body part and lose weight from there, you got to be in consistent calorie deficit to lose belly fat and fat from all other body parts. Spot reduction is a myth. 2) There is no fast way to lose weight, fast is unsustainable. Any weight lost fast have a chances to gain it back too, going slow is the fastest way to lose weight. Keep it cool. Try to be as consistent as possible. Stop chasing pace. Start being consistent😊

Hey is intermittent fasting a good way to lose weight? Rather than water diet etc pls reply 🥺🥺🥺🥺

@anusunar, you can gain weight off intermittent fasting too. IF just restrict the time window of eating hoping thay you eat less and lose weight, but u can gain weight from IF too. To lose weight just be in a calorie deficit, IF is not magic..it can help but if u are in calorie deficit. Water fast will reap you temporary benefits. Look for long term diets. can we have atleast one tea in a day.. i don't feel good if I dont have my tea in morning.

For weighloss one can have tea but try it without sugar and milk.

@anik You dont have to remove anything from tea, not even sugar. Try to add normal tea with milk and sugar in moderation in your diet. Things will work
