Thats a great thing. If your abs are not defined yet that means you have to lower more fat from thr body. Keep your proteins intake checked daily. Training abs wont define them..you need to remove excess fat from your body. Create a calorie deficit with protein intake check daily.🤞🏻

@sajanart, bhai dekho pehle toh Hypothyriod ke ilaaj ke liye tumhe ye app par aane ko zarurat nahi hai. Kisi achhe se doctor ko dikhao, aur dusri baat agar tum itne time se diet b karre ho aur exercise b karre ho fir h weigh loss nahi hora matlab tumhara diet sahi mahi hai. Achhe doctor se baat karo.

@nebita22 See when you start diet and working out. In the very beginning you’ll lose weight fast as the deficit created is more. After some time it slows down. Thats natural, completely fine. Also, you got to be more patient with that. Its a long process, you’re already going good..1kg per week is tremendous progress. If you keep it consistently for a year that would be 52kgs per year. THAT IS HUGE. Keep going.🤞🏻

@soman eating this much less calories is unnecessary, it could create health issues. There is no rush to weight loss, going slow is the fastest way to lose weight. Eat 200-300 calories less than your RDI. Thats realistic. Be patient and consistent🤞🏻

@kritikamalasi98, Hi Kritika, yes it is possible to lose weight through diet alone. I lost over 22 kgs without exercise and only by calorie deficit. But its not recommended. You should add some kind of exercise on daily basis. If I hav to so this weight loss all over again, Ill add exercises too😅

@AnilSaha Hi Anik, it is good to have anything in you diet in weight loss program, you can lose weight not eating sprouts also. But its good to have sprouts as they are rich in protein and nutrients. Have fun

@nebedita water diet can cause weight loss but its short term “gain”. Sure you will lose more weight during eater fast but as soon as you stop water fasting and go back to eating normally. You’ll gain back all the weight. In short, its unsustainable and it could cause Heath issues as well. No need to take short cuts just follow calorie deficit🙂

@Percy there are several weighing scale that measures but I think they have margin of error. U can use callipers to measure fat PERCENTAGE from your body🙂

@pravallikavalluri Hi, firstly u need to go to google, search of TDEE, enter details and you will see your maintenance calories, eat 100-200 calories less than maintenance for 3-4 weeks consistently and daily.
