Done with weight watchers - I can gain weight without their help. Switching to a calorie counting lowish carb diet. Basically, protien and veggies. I usually feel good on that kind of diet and lose well. My goal is to start Atkins again but I have a lot of non-Atkins food right now and I am not the sort of person who can throw food out. Plus I can't afford to truly stock up on meat and veggies right now. I think in a couple of weeks I will be ready.
122.5 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 63.5 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
