My official WW weigh in is Friday. I am hoping to bust through the 170s this week. If not, then forsure next week. I have really been eating well this week. Trying to make up for the Saturday birthday party eating.

My sister and I have been reading the Flat Belly Diet books and plan Friday to start the 4 day anti-bloat diet. Then we plan to follow the plan for a month and see what happens. I will still record my WW points daily. I just think I need some type of change eating wise. I have been stuck in the 170s a while now and need to jump up my metabolism. My sister weight wise is doing really well, she's into toning now but her stomach is her bother area. That is why she thought this Flat Belly eating might help her there. She is wanting to get the last 5 pounds off and get into the size 6s comfortably. My belly has taken 2 c-sections, one being 2 years ago, so I definitely have that to work on too, even more than her.

Back into my exercise routine as of this morning. Taxes are done and headed to the accountant, so no more late nights. I haven't been able to work out at night trying to finish taxes, then I oversleep in morning from staying up til midnight. This morning I was up at 5 am, did Level II of 30 Day Shred and then 30 minuts on treadmill doing the weight loss program at a 5% incline. Averaged only 3.0 speed, but that was after Level II so was trying to pace myself. Tomorrow I want to get up at 4:30 and do Level II again, 30 minutes treadmill and start a new crunch routine to see if I can target my abs more.

Great exercise routine and goal. What does the flat belly diet consist of? Or do you "really" need the book to get all the information you need? I did fat smash diet before, and I truly believe it was a great diet for weight loss. I still use some of the information to this day, I suppose that is the lifestyle change part.

I have done FatSmash as well, two years ago. I liked that diet plan to, easy and didn't have to calculate points, etc. I am doing WW with my sister-in-law but once I hit my goal will drop WW and just use this site and eat right. You can find a lot of information about the diet online, google Flat Belly Diet and find the one that is from Prevention. You add in a lot of good fats, MUFA they call them. You cut out sugar substitutes, salt, limit carbs, etc. The 4 day AntiBloat isn't horrible to follow. I will email you the link to a website where I found my shopping list a while ago. I had left it at home. It gives you 2 days of the meals also. I can scan and email you the other days. There are some good things about the diet and plan to incorporate some of that into my daily routine. I will let you know how the 4 days goes. We plan to start Friday. Sister has been sick so wanted her to get over that before doing it.

Sounds great! Thanks for all the information. I hope the 4 days go well for you and your sister both. I have heard of MUFA before, a long time ago and it seemed really easy to follow..
