Am I allowed to eat more if I workout?
I would say no!
Working out means you are burning excess calories than created deficit. Burning calories means you are exercising and that is a very goo thing to do along with keeping your diet in check. However, you are not allowed to eat them back.
Usually u get a number of burnt calories using trackers like fitbit or Apple watch which generally, has a margin of error of 5-40%. That means you cannot rely on those numbers for increasing the amount of calories you can eat. Sure you can consider that as a fun number to track but that does not mean you can eat more, that can have a chances you getting out of hand die to error.
I would say treating your burnt calories as a bonus and still keeping you daily calorie intake in check. That would be better for you in long term.

cannot say absolutely NO! for example in loss weight journey when you do sever cardio/on build muscle plan/ fat shed you could consume 200-300 calories more than your diet, or in first of bulking muscle plan should increase calories and after a while decrease it gradually.

If u are working out have 1/3 of the burnt calorie as a mix of protein and carb that will give u energy to push more and also will help in building muscle which helps in weight loss
