How to gain weight?

Well most of us here(80-90%) of the people are here for weight loss but that 10-20% of people do matter to me. Gaining weight is as much harder or more harder as losing weight. People think that gaining weight is easy, they have liberty to eat as much as they can. But the main thing is they also have to get things in check.

For weight gain you have to eat more than your body expends, a calorie surplus. In that you have to eat 100-200 calories more than your TDEE(Total Daily Energy Expenditure). Its easier said than done for all of us but it takes the same hard work, same consistency, same patience. There is nothing we can achieve easily, life is hard, losing weight is hard and gaining weight is hard too.

Okay, so for gaining weight. Eat calorie dense food, that could be anything you eat daily, just increase the portion size of it. Also, do remember gaining weight and gaining fat are two different thing. When you gain weight you are gaining both fat and protein, what you gain more depends on your selection of food. Don’t forget to check all your micronutrients too.
