Jillian Michael's 1-2-3 lose 20 pounds in 30 days is awesome. I thought I was going to fall apart in pieces when doing her excercise. She's a no joke trainer, I feel like at the gym with my old trainer Missy. She'll motivate you with what you need to hear and remind you to eat the right foods. It's no wonder the biggest loser contestants lose 20lbs in a week. Go Jillian! Another one of my favorites is Billy Blanks sheesh he makes me feel powerful and motivates me just as well as Jillian. The guy will change your body in less than a month. Alternating Billy and Jilly every other day will definately help you burn the butter like I once heard Denise Austin say once LOL!
