Makan nasi,makan lauk dengan bumbu, gak bakal bikin gemuk. Yg bikin gemuk : kue manis, martabak, kue tart, bobaa,starbuck,snack... Dan itupun klo dimakan OVER ya? Gak percaya?? Coba intip tuh kalori kue kuean 😋. Nikmati dietmu, jgn mau menderita, apalagi menu makanan yg hambar😘

Dada ayam potong kecil trus digrill sampai matang gosong sedikit di telfon bersama bwg putih cincang dan daun bwg. Kasih saus tiram, lada, kecap ikan, kecap manis, saos korea(klo punya), tumis, klo sdh meresap, masukkan mix vegetable goldenfarm (sdh direbus) dan bwg bombay... Jadi deh! Endesss... gak kalah dengan hokben loh! 😋Cuzz cobain
