Can I ask you all something? I’ve tried Apple cider vinegar before (with the mother) but never committed to it because it is foul to drink. Today I decided to buy it again because I wanted to give it another shot (it’s even worse than I remember it but that’s not the problem here) first off is there anyone who has tried it and has had good results? I need to know whether it’s worth put myself through the torture 😂 and for people who have/are trying it what are the ways that you drink it to make it more tolerate please I just need answers 😂😂😂

Hi there! I can relate to your post. I have also bought it a few times and promised myself that I would drink it everyday..etc. I never kept the promise. Not even lemon and water. And not even with the billion organic teas I bought. First all, whatever you really hate/or strongly dislike, its almost certain that you cant sustain this habit. Secondly, drinking the vinager water, will not cause weight loss. Weight loss is due to calorie deficit. We all should be eating less or healthier foods swipes (that contains less calories naturally than processed foods), to loose the weight. The vinager is alkaline, etc. its a good thing for health overall, as so is any other vegetables, fruits, earth things. I would focous on keeping the calorie deficit, trying to find foods that you do enjoy or dont mind eating, instead of suffering more than anyone should, in this weight loss process. Today is my first day in this app. And tomorrow first day of changing my food consuption. ☺️ Good luck to all of us.To fall, but to stand up how many times more to be necessary.

I drink it sometimes but I just add a little water and down it! Get it over and done with, I wouldnt mix it with a big amount of anything because then u just have a bigger amount to drink..and I didn't find anything to disguise the taste either..I found it a bit more tolerable if you drizzle it over a salad, like a vinaigrette dressing?! And I agree with Nane..it won't make u lose lots of weight but it defo does have health benefits.

cant say I drink it... but its great on salads and makes a banging sweet and sour sauce

I put a few drops in the bird bath, but that’s it 🤷🏻‍♀️😂

you can buy this in gummy form and they don't taste bad.

I sometimes mix it with water and lemon, the taste doesn't go away completely but it's covered by the lemon. Might be less of a torture, I almost enjoy it😂

I mix it with water and add some salt, can’t drink it neat - after a while you start liking it. I think that humans need to try something ten times before starting to like it??? Could be some nonsense I’ve heard that is made up!

i tried it and could not persevere because it tasted so disgusting, showed no results after a few days though, green tea seems a better option. xx

I have drank it I mixed it with honey, cinnamon and warm water didn’t taste too bad

@bleurgh. ...this is fact, humans need to try something 7-10 times and also when trying it your supposed to hold it in your mouth for the count of ten, I think, so that you get past the initial reaction of wanting to spot it out and actually get to taste the flavours. My uncle told me this when he was getting me to try Carnemelk, kinda like yakkult (I have Dutch family) and I then asked psych proff at uni about it ❤️

try vita boost apple cider vinegar tablet form to dissolve in water.

I must have tried goats cheese more than 10 times-still can't eat the stuff. Retching starts when taste buds find it!
