Despite only eating 800 calories, I lost no weight :(
88.5 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You shouldn’t go under 1200 calories to loss weight. And one of the most important things in dieting is a nice sleep for 7-8 hours I hope you will find a way to change lifestyle so you could loose your weight slowly and smoothly 😊

Your probably not eating enough x try upping your calories to 1200 x
