I had a journal entry this morning but it did not save! Just realized that there is a save button. Frustrating. Hunger level was very tolerable today. Found a dark chocolate that is very low carb. So this will be my little treat in the evenings. My carbs are around 20 again today. I am getting the hang of the high fat, low carb, moderate protein thing. Am nervous about traveling this coming weekend. Tomorrow will be first day at work since I have been serious about this macro level stuff.

I'm on that same journey, LCHF and trying to stay under 20 gm carbs. I have a thing for chocolate too, and I found a brand of truffles, dark chocolate balls of high cocoa butter fat and only 2.6 carbs each. I only allow myself 1 or 2 max. They are also organic, and Whole Foods has them. What low carb brand did you find? Are there are artificial sweeteners or flavors in it? It never hurts to have a "fall back" if my store runs out. I don't seem to be hungry hardly at all on this plan, hooray!
