I want to loose belly fat, what can I do?
Same things you do for other body parts!
Spot reduction is a myth. Spot reduction means doing any particular exercise to tran certain body part hoping that it will help you loose fat from that body part.
Its not happening, it not going to happen like that. If you want to loose weight from belly or double chin or chest fat or arm fat or thigh fat, you need to be in a calorie deficit regardless the type of food on a regular basis.
Calorie deficit is the only way to loose fat all over the body. There is no way to loose fat from certain part of the body.
PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY!

you need to low card and high protein deit with celoric deficiat.with weight training more effective.hit your macros daily.👍use cardio as a tool.not depands only cardio.

abs and leg workout under in high protein and low carbs might help because it worked for me

@Tony, Yes. Yes it does. But you don't need LOW carbs and HIGH protein, adequate protein and normal carbs work too...just that should be in calorie deficit👍🏻
