Baie dankie vir die aanmoediging.Ek weet nou hoe om te eet om gewig te verloor. Although my target weight is 90 kg I am happy where I am at the moment as long as I can maintain a weiht under 100kg which not too high for a man over 1.91m tall. Leila, jy en ek het beide in Januarie vanjaar begin en jy het net 'n klein bietje minder gewig as ek verloor Welgedaan. @ Coenraad, dis hoekom ons hier is om mekaar aan te moedig😊. Jy het sulke goeie vordering gemaak, jy kan trots voel💪. Jy is nogals n lang man, so in my opinie is jy op n goeie gewig vir jou lengte. Die belangrikste is dat jy gelukkig is met waar jy jouself tans bevind. Dis n goeie gevoel. Ek sal se probeer tot op 95 gaan sodat jy n spasie het om jou "onder 100" status te behou. Dankie vir jou bemoedigende boodskap. Sterkte verder en probeer party dae jou kaloriee wissel en eet party dae meer groente en ander dae meer proteiene. Dalk help dit vir jou. En om bietjie aktief te wees gee n mens ook n goeie hupstoot.
