Wow that is a lot of cals for one meal. Looks delicious but no good for a diabetic unfortunately, too high carb. Enjoy x

Was just over 500cal and was my big meal so not that many cal when the rest of the day was low cal and was still in a calorie deficit . I’m not sure about diabetes as I’m luck enough not to have it

So sorry, it was the side calories of 1102 I saw, and that was my mistake as I just looked at the pic and not the description of your full day which was an awsomely light on calories day. WD X
