Finally hit 14 stone, after started as 14,11 at the beginning of the year. I haven’t been following a diet as much as I should have been but feel more determined to do it now. 4 stone to go !
88.9 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
