OMG!!! I WANT WAFFLES!! or french toast...pancakes...peanut butter and jelly sandwich!!! RED VELVET something!!! Grrr!! It's going to be a looong day! And I'm back at the gym this evening. *sigh* :(

Honey, you are very calorie deficient and it is probably causing your carb cravings! I just learned this about myself a few days ago. You've got to consume enough calories so that when you workout, you don't go below 1200 each day. Try to get some more protein in you stat. I found a protein shot that comes in a tube that has less than 1 carbohydrate. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll let you know. Its my in case of emergency protein.

I've been so wrapped up in watching my carb intake. I haven't really paid any attention to the calories! Keep me updated on that protein shot. Sounds like something I'd need in the future. Thanks!
