It was really tasty! I have had those veggie patties in my freezer for months. I didn’t realize they are only 70 calories each. I would highly recommend them as a meat alternative.

Morningstar veggie sausage is great! Lost weight with them combined with egg beaters. Way low-cal, but you don't feel deprived.
