30 days of cycling, lower heart rates 110-115.
calorie deficit eating, and a focus on healthy foods...
And I get 1 pound loss.
this mid 60's stuff is hard to figure out.
97.7 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
