I eat less at night but still gain weight?

Tou can gain weight if you don’t eat at night.

When you gain weight there is lot more to do with the amount of food(calories) you eat on the regular basis. Tou can gain weight of you eat once a day or 3 times a day. If your goal is to loose weight you have to be consistently eat less than you body expends, a calorie deficit.

If you gain weight not eating at night that means whole day you are eating more calories then you body expends on a regular basis. That will be the only reason of you not losing weight even though you are not eating at night.

Remember the time of eating and number of meals you have is not significant when it comes to weight loss. Suppose your TDEE is 1800 calories. If you eat 3 meals of 600kcal or 6 meals of 300kcal 10 meals of 180kcal. It doesn’t matter, you just have to be in a calorie deficit regardless the type of food or macronutrients.
