Although my weight is steadily on the downhill slide, I'm feeling discouraged in another area of my life. I've had massive headaches enough to cause heart attack type symptons (panic attack). I now know I have a heart, and my blood is fine. I went to a neurologist yesterday and he told me I had a brain and it was fine. He told me it was my sinuses and that my doctor should have sent me to an ear, nose and throat specialist years ago! He was floored when I told him my Dr told me that I was to suck it up or go to sleep for the headaches! He also intimated that the ringing in my ears might be connected. (I'm really, really hoping that is so!)
I drive an 18 wheeler and I've been off work sick since March 25. I'm starting to get edgy. I'm only capable of doing stuff like tinkering around outside or maybe a trip to town. Next day is usually wasted sleeping or stuck on a chair because I'm so worn out!
Ok...enough venting. I think I'll go outside and maybe get something done out there. It's like dieting, if you can accomplish anything, no matter how small, you still feel some satisfation!
