well well well, Mr. weight loss where have you been? on vacation? has my cycling challenge brought you home? has 'logging foods' before I eat, caught your attention?
OR leaving the payday peanut bar on ' the rack ' showed some determination to get you back to doing YOUR job and making those numbers return to pounds off, return to the scale?
well, what ever it is, welcome back to my life. I am glad to see you... and happy to see pounds departing my frame, once again...
