I have been off track for a couple days. I do keep one goal in mind and that is to add a freggie to each meal or snack. I think if I get back into the simple mindset of "Choose healthy" that would help immensely. If every choice I made was based on choosing healthy I would make a lot of progress.
I'm going to be like Nike and "Just DO it!".
