Got the job interview I really needed, got the kids graduated. Not smoking has really suffered; stress is high. Eating better and cutting back on the sugar--I noticed it really makes me moody anymore. Aiming to achieve 165 soon.
76.1 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 12.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
