How many meals intermittent fasting(IF) should have for weight loss?
Ummm as many as you want!
IF is a type of type which is hyped the most after keto as it claims to weight loss better(fast). But its not what it looks like. IF does help like any other diet. There is no special thing happens when u are on IF. All the diets out there has one single principle and that is calorie deficit. IF restricts the time of potential eating from 16 hours to 8 or 6 hours hoping thay you will come under calorie deficit.
But the point is that IF does not guarantee that. You can gain weight in IF too if you are not in a consistent calorie deficit. You still have to eat less than you body expends. It just reduces the window of eating so that u eat less food(calories)
Remember if you are on IF you have to deal with hunger for most of the time of the day. If you cannot deal with hunger then IF is not recommended to you. It will only make it worse. its fine, try any other diet. IF worked for any of your friend or relative but that doesn’t mean it will work for you too. If you want to see that IF works for you or not, try it for 3-4 weeks and see the results and the pros and cons of it. If you like it then keep it up. But is not some magic that will help u loose weight faster.
