19 lbs down in 10 days! What a wonderful start! I know it will slow down but that is a great boost! I really have to work on eating more! I think I'll pick up a mult-vitamin today to help fill in the gap.
102.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 31.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
