So I want to start weighting in on Friday mornings from now on. But i did it a few days early. This weekend I am having a friend in town and i wanted to have something positive to push me through the weekend so i don't over eat!
I am very happy with my results so far, but i do need to make a conscience effort of working out in the morning before i eat.
I keep looking at my goal day and it feels like forever away, but i am actually having fun with the challenge. When the scale says a weight that you can never foresee it is such a special accomplishment that only you can feel.
204 is so close to what my drivers license says! It will be nice to not have to lie to others and my self.
