I've gained a crazy amount of weight in just a week, 6 pounds! But am eating at a maintenance level or lower, so I'm a little confused...I'm thinking (hoping!) it's all water weight. Running or lifting for an hour every day now. Haven't been lifting so much that muscle mass would account for the gain...so I will keep that up and see in a week or so if the weight drops back off. Aaahhh hope so! It was disappointing see the scale climb back up. Trying to keep up the motivation.
