Why my weight spiked after the day I was on calorie deficit?

We all have been there,right?

There is a day when you have done all the chores properly, you were on a calorie deficit, everything was in check then comes the next day when you get a spike in weight. That does not mean you gained fat overnight. Its not possible to gain fat in one night.

There are many reasons for the spike in the weight the other day, you had more salt than usual, you had more carbs than usual, you had your dinner later than usual, you worked out harder than usual, you are stressed, you did not do the business in the loo, you ate something and then weighed yourself and for ladies being that time of the month.

All of these are responsible for weight spike the next day. Its normal because due to these reasons body hold more water in your body which shows a spike in the weight. Its the natural phenomenon of the body and you’ll see that it will go away in 3-4 days.

Don’t get stressed due to short time weight fluctuations. Its a long long journey, embrace it.

weight yourself in certain period like Monday each week.

as AI said.....and don't measure yourself everyday you won't gain or lose in 1 day with a big difference...😉 best time I think is measure in morning before eating and after finishing washroom works
