Giving the Daily Challenge a miss for a week. Doing a 72 hour fast with intermittent fasting every other day of the week under supervision by a fasting coach. One meal per day between 5:00 and 6:00 pm Wednesday to Sunday then 72 hours water fast. The coach has reversed 20 years of insulin dependency for Type 2 diabetes and is now medication free, blood pressure meds also. This is my new goal, medication free, weight normalized at 130lbs for my age and height.

I can’t begin to express how impressed I am by this … and how hopeful it makes me feel! I’ve not been diagnosed with diabetes, (yet,) but with my weight, lifestyle, and family history, it’s just a matter of time. Definitely have had high blood pressure though, for years, and your success gives me reason for optimism.
